About Us
Intrawest was founded in the Rocky Mountain region in 2000. However, long before this date, founder Dan Warta had been in the tire business for 30 years before establishing the company. His knowledge of the structure of the commercial market is what led to the founding of Intrawest. A generational understanding dating back to the 1930s gave him an education relating to tires that is hard to come by these days.
He worked hard in the casing analysis business to access a special background that would also lead to tire recycling and a master casing supplier. He is carrying on that same generational background by teaching his staff the fundamentals of organization, structure, and the business principles that make companies fail or succeed in this market.
Today, Intrawest proudly represents the Rocky Mountain region and the nation as one of the most respected and reliable companies that deal in tire disposal, recycling, casing, and used tire wholesale. Our customers are always a top priority and are welcome to come by and inspect our facility and chat with the staff.
